I had a horrendous experience trying to pick up a package. It turned out it was mailed in my nickname not legal name so I couldn’t pick it up. The gentleman was rude and nasty and wouldn’t help in any way to resolve the issue. I asked to have it returned as the names on my ID didnt match the package. He told me to arrange that with dhl. I can’t without icking up the package. He was annoyed because he couldn’t pronounce my name and I didn’t know who he was talking about. He said he had other customers. I said I’d wait He told me to leave I got Andy and frustrated and he told me to get the fuck out of his store. I did not swear at him. He nearly physically threw a 70 year old out of his store
